Sunny today.

Watched Bush's veto speech. Macho!

Bill provided 4 billion more than he asked for and NON-BINDING withdrawal dates. So he vetoed it why?

-Cuz he needs to prove his balls are bigger than those of anyone who opposes him, even if the opposition is just in spirit. Why just look as he proudly holds those BIG balls of his up for our admiration.

 
And his supporters smile in glee at his display! "Thanks King George! You're the MAN."

 
And what a man he is.

Idiot.

Oh how I wish they'd just cut the funding and be done with it. They can't of course, cuz big George would leave the troops over there to get slaughtered and then blame the Dems.

We have to stop electing red-neck morons. If we don't? We deserve every bit of what we get, which WILL be a hell of a lot more terrorism world wide and HERE too eventually since, frankly, there will be a hell of a lot more terrorists THESE same shortsighted goofballs, seemingly proudly, create.

Uh... these people work plenty hard on both sides. I think thew screw up a lot, but man oh man do they put in the hours. As for pork. Go back and look at LAST year's bill. Plenty... more actually, but since it was one HIS side passed, it wasn't an issue. The guy's a stone liar and a coward like all bullies.

I wish the political process did not allow ANYTHING in a bill other than the ONE purpose of the bill. This bill also had so much Pork added to it, it was disgusting. And why do the politicians waste our taxpayer dollars/time writing NON-BINDING stuff. That would be like me telling someone paying me "Well, I 'worked' today but I didn't accomplish a damn thing but I expect to be paid anyway." These people just don't get it that they are "employed by us". As far as I'm concerned, the entire bunch of them need to be "fired" and just start over with people who are interested in working.
